Shamanic Reiki Session

In this beautiful Energetic session, we will use healing touch, Shamanic Reiki & Soul Light Language & guidance from your Divine Team to help you release any energy blocks, or trauma from this life or other Soul lives that we are holding on to. We will assist in opening and clearing your energy centers to help facilitate a shift to a more balanced you. We treat the whole person including body, emotions, mind & spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well being. This is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. These sessions can be done Online or in person.

Tuning Fork Sound Therapy Session

Tuning Fork Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful modality to treat the body, mind & spirit and restore inner balance & harmony. Everything in our universe is energy vibrating at a specific frequency! Vibrations, frequency,  sound & light are how higher consciousness communicates with us! Tuning forks use vibration as a tool to speak to our cells,  the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits! 

In this energy shifting session , we use acupoints on the body, to communicate with the deeper self, to promote your self healing!

Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a healing technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that aims to identify and release trapped emotions, which cause physical and emotional issues.

Concept and Principles

  1. Trapped Emotions: Emotions can become trapped in the body due to past traumatic experiences, stress, or negative events. These trapped emotions affect physical health, emotional well-being, and behavior.

  2. Energy Field: The body has an energy field, and trapped emotions can disrupt the natural flow of this energy, leading to various issues.

  3. Muscle Testing: The process typically involves muscle testing (speaking to our sub-conscious) to identify trapped emotions. This is a method where the practitioner tests the strength of a muscle in response to various stimuli to determine if an emotion is present.

Procedure

  1. Identification: We will identify the trapped emotions. This is often done by asking specific questions or using a chart of emotions to pinpoint which ones may be affecting the client.

  2. Release: Once a trapped emotion is identified, various techniques are used to release it. Common methods include:

    • Magnet Therapy: Passing a magnet along the spine or specific areas of the body to clear the trapped emotion.

    • Intentional Statements: Using affirmations or statements to focus on releasing the emotion.

    • Visualization: Imagining the release of the trapped emotion and its impact on the body.

    • Light Language and Light touch energy work

  3. Validation: After the release process, muscle testing is used again to confirm that the trapped emotion has been cleared and that the energy flow is restored.
